Licensed technology.

The technology components behind Anamnesis, made available to firms working in document digitisation that do not have a development team. Under licence or white-labelled.

Intended for

Document management firms, digitisation bureaux, engineering companies and systems integrators bidding for public contracts that require structured data extraction.

In brief

01What we offer
The document extraction components already running on our own contracts: engine, confidence scoring, geolocation, APIs.
02Who it is for
Document digitisation firms without an in-house development team.
03Why it pays
This is code in production on real public contracts, not a prototype: integration takes weeks rather than years of building.

Position

The components offered under licence are the same ones running on our own public contracts. This is not a prototype or a derived edition: it is the production code, on the same maintenance cycle.

The decision to license them follows from an observation about the market: the number of tenders requiring structured data extraction is growing faster than the sector’s ability to build development capability in house.

Components

Extraction engine
Recognition and structuring of fields across recurring document types — building permits, administrative acts, personnel files, health records. Trainable on further types.
Confidence scoring
A confidence value per extracted field, with configurable thresholds for routing to manual review. This is the component that lets a measurable service level be declared in a tender.
Geolocation of extracted data
Resolution of addresses, land parcels and place names into coordinates, returning both position and the degree of certainty of the match.
Programming interfaces
Documented APIs for integration into existing production workflows, with no constraint on the front-office application the licensee uses.

Terms

Commercial terms are set case by case according to volume and duration. The values below are to be settled contractually.

Licence or white label

In the latter case the interface carries the licensee’s brand

The case for licensing

The relevant comparison is not between the licence fee and the cost of a developer, but between the fee and the total cost of building and maintaining an in-house capability: staff, processing infrastructure, the model training cycle and the data protection compliance that goes with it.

To that must be added time. Technology already running on public contracts can be evidenced in a tender with verifiable references from the first bid onwards.

Conditions

The conditions below protect both parties and are negotiable only within the limits indicated.

  • Processing takes place on infrastructure located on Italian territory, including where the licensee serves clients abroad.
  • Technical documentation and compliance references are made available for use in tenders.
  • The licensee remains the counterpart to its own client and retains the associated contractual responsibilities.
  • Sub-licensing to third parties is not permitted without a specific written agreement.
  • On termination, data processed on the licensee’s behalf is returned or deleted, with a record of the deletion.

Preliminary technical assessment

Assessment runs on a sample of the documents the firm actually handles, measuring accuracy and coverage on the fields that matter. The result is reported even when it is negative.
